Southern Homes Team helped the reviewer buy this property

Exceptional!

We cannot recommend Tracy and her team enough! They went above and beyond at every stage of the process. From showing us homes the same day, explaining everything throughout the process, ensuring the documentation was complete (for both parties might I add), and asking all the right questions to ensure we were in a good place, she and her team surprised us with the level of detail and customer service. She even came to our closing - the first time we have had an agent do that. We will absolutely be using Tracy again and would recommend her to anyone!
