Tracy is very nice and friendly She was always available to show us houses. Easy to work with and really patient with us. Very knowledgeable when showing us houses and gave us good advice. She listened to what we wanted and wasn't pushing us to buy just anything.

I want to sell my home and purchase a new one. I schedule an appointment with Tracy to review my home. She looked around my home and said I can sell your home in 30 days. Ssd's he was very truthful and I will have paint the cabinets white and I promise you I can sell your home in 30 days within 24 hours of my house listed I received a request to view my home, couple hours later a received an offer and I accepted it. I wish really shock that I received that offer because there was other houses in my neighborhood who had houses for sale before my house was listed.
