All I needed to do was sign on the day of closing. This was done in less than a month. Fast, easy and efficient. I had tried selling my home by owner on Zillow, and listed in early summer. With a lot of my time and no real offers, I felt hiring a real estate agent was worth a try. In comparison to my time and expense, I felt Tracy was a great investment for me.
