Called after I got a card in the mail and I wasn't disappointed to say the least, treated me like I had a lakefront home and not just a lot for sale. I can't tell you how rare that is these days. Got an acceptable offer in a reasonable timeframe and they brought me a buyer with a fair offer right off the bat, if your looking for experience you need to call them.

Tracy went above and beyond any other Realtor, I had worked with a couple of other Realtors in the area and no one was ever calling me back. Once I found Tracy he was always there, he was quick to respond to texts and calls and if he did not know an answer he got the answers quickly. Tracy was amazing. I can't believe how quick and stress free this experience was for us. He is such a friendly and nice person, he makes you feel like you have a friend working for you. Me and my husband were stuck driving in the snow trying to look at a cottage and Tracy and his wife picked us up and drove us the rest of the way to the house. Luckily they did because its the lake house cabin we ended up buying. We love it so much and couldn't have done it with out him. He was quick to respond to any of our questions and was able to push our closing sooner then expected. He just makes it happen. I would recommend him a thousand times over.
