We’ve dealt with many realtors during our countless years as homeowner and owners of rental houses in Maryland….Wish she was our agent in Maryland. Tracy has gone beyond what would be expected from ANY realtor from endless searching and patiently listening to our needs to cleaning the house when the seller failed to do it properly (or to her expectations) to being our consumer advocate…Perhaps it’s the “southern charm” here in the RVA (although it’s only 2.5 hours away from the DMV)! Tracy has made us feel we were dealing with a friend instead of just a client. She made our relocating to VA less stressful and easier..she had willingly taken on any and all problems that popped up..even today, she’s only a phone call away whenever we have a question or a problem…she’s the GO TO guru!!!
