We had been working with another realtor when I met Tracy at an open house. She clearly had more knowledge of the (Falls Church, VA) area than the person we were working with, and she took my name down and sent me thoughtfully curated links of houses she thought might fit the bill for us over the next few months, not the just the wholesale MLS search the other person was sending. We had to suspend and then re-tool our search briefly when we found out we were having another baby, and once we jumped back in to looking full force, we began to work with Tracy. Tracy definitely listened to our thoughts and provided helpful advice and feedback throughout the process, and after a few weeks or working together, we found our new home!
