We came to Tracy to sell our condo, gave her our timeline, and within a few weeks, the condo had a showing before it was even listed! While we didn’t move forward with that offer, Tracy hosted one open house, and had an offer at asking price, with all the bells and whistles to make it a quick and easy decision! Excellent experience, I happened to catch Tracy just before she was leaving on vacation, however she met me and we looked at the property I was interested in, I wanted to make an offer, I did, they countered, she guided me through making a counter offer and they accepted, even though she headed out on vacation she checked in when she had WiFi access and the process continued to move smoothly all the way to closing 9/23/2024.
