He marketed the property well utilizing Homes.com which seemed to boost the sale of the property which sold within 3 months at asking price. He offered his knowledge and experience referencing outside vendors we could use to accomplish additional tasks needing completion. We allowed him to be a dual agent and he managed to get us competing bids. We would use him again as either a purchasing or selling agent.
