Tracy is a knowledgeable agent that takes the time to get to know her clients. She invests in the relationship and does the research to make the home buying process fun and to ensure her clients end up in a house they love at a price that works for them. I was relocating and she helped me look ALL over the place until we found an area that worked. We were contemplating a move to Texas well over a year ago, and we had no idea where to start. A friend made the move prior and recommended we contact Tracy. After numerous emails back and forth, she had enough initial information to get us on a property search. Because of our indecisiveness, she had to alter the original search many, many times. We decided to make the trek to Texas in May to explore a few different cities, and look at properties. Tracy spent 2 full days driving us around, showing us homes and educating us on the different demographics. She was so knowledgeable! She was so patient with us, and so kind! We found our dream home in Azle, Texas! She contacted the sellers agent, and wrote our offer. We had issues with our California lender, but she was able to assist with another lender. Our offer was accepted before we returned to California. She returned to the property numerous times to check up on things and kept us up to date on all the progress! On August 11th, she met us at the title office, we signed our documents, got our keys, and the house is ours! We couldn’t have asked for anyone better to represent us! We highly recommend her for your real estate needs! She was amazing!
