Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Tracy grew up in the luxury home industry. “When I was growing up in Texas, my mom was a general contractor who designed and built luxury custom homes. I grew up going to job sites, learning the ins and outs of luxury home building and the great importance of understanding and meeting the clients’ expectations. During this time, I developed a passion for real estate and I knew early on that this was the profession I wanted to devote myself to as a life-long career. Helping my clients to achieve their dreams gives me great satisfaction and happiness because I know that I am helping to make a difference in their world and mine.” After attending Texas Tech University Tracy headed west to North Scottsdale in 1992. With nearly 30 years in the Valley Tracy specializes in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Carefree, Cave Creek and Phoenix. Ranked as one of the top 25 realtors by the Arizona Business Journal and the top 1% in Arizona, success has been a constant partner and then came Tim.
A third-generation Chicago native with 30+ years in the Valley, Tim knows every peak and valley of this amazing place.
