Tracy Ferguson is the broker and owner of RE/MAX Lakes & Land in York, SC. He is a 1990 graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Agricultural Economics and Real Estate Finance. Inspired by his father’s real estate career, Tracy acquired his real estate license in 1989 and became a licensed broker in 1990.
A native of York, Tracy is committed to the ongoing development and growth of the community and surrounding areas in which he chose to establish his business and raise his family. A second generation realtor, broker and farmer, Tracy has a vast knowledge of the local real estate market and development.
