When our daughter was preparing to attend Sonoma State, Tracey helped us search for a home to buy. The market was so competitive that we ended up renting a home instead. When the landlord later decided to sell, Tracey helped us buy it. After our daughter graduated, we kept the home for several years. Tracey helped us find tenants and, eventually, helped us sell it.
