Tracy has been my property manager for several years, so she knew the property well. She gave me sound advice on pricing and marketing of the property and kept me informed every step of the way. She always went above and beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend her to anyone as a property manager and a realtor. I will definitely enlist her expertise on any property I plan to purchase or sell in the future.
Working with Tracy was amazing. She is ALWAYS available. Selling and purchasing a house is a tremendous amount of stress and Tracy took the time needed to explain every step of the process. Her experience was beneficial when it came to the inspections, contractors and what needed to be done to complete disclosures. She was on top of everything and was able to save me money with her contacts when it came to jobs that needed to be hired. I knew I was in good hands. She remained positive through my struggles, and was always determined we were going to close and I was going to find a replacement home without having me compromise. She made sure she understood what I wanted from day one from both the selling and buying standpoint, never making me sway from my goals.
