Tracy Dowdell

I worked with Tracy Dowdell of Team RRP/Keller Knapp to sell my home in City of Decatur this past August. I met Tracy last November while viewing a townhome and we clicked right away at that very first meeting. I debated my decision to sell my home for several months keeping in touch with Tracy periodically. I appreciated her knowledge of the market, great insights and patience. At no time I felt pressured to sell or to choose her or KN. She shared tons of information to guide me in my decision, and once I decided to move forward, it was super easy to go through the process with her from start to finish. Selling a home can be very stressful and my previous three experiences were not great. I love Tracy’s confidence, integrity and negotiation skills. I really felt we made a great team; she presented a clear plan for pricing and marketing my home, gave great advice along the way, and made this process as smooth and easy as it could be. In the time of COVID! After meeting Tracy, I knew she was the realtor I wanted to work with when the time came. I did not shop around at all. I highly recommend her!!!
