About Traci

I was born and raised in Gainesville, so I am very familiar with the area and all of its surroundings. I have a great love for my hometown, as well as all things Gator! I have worked in the dental field since 1997, which I have found very rewarding, because helping others is what brings me the greatest joy! My mother was a realtor with Bosshardt for many years, which is how my passion for real estate began. Buying my house was one of the most exciting times of my life! I want to share that exciting time with others. I love houses, home makeover shows, and decorating! I want to combine my desire to help others with my passion for real estate and have those two things work on your behalf. I am a mom of two, and enjoyed volunteering in my children’s schools and was a football, baseball, and basketball mom. I understand how crazy schedules can be, and that buying or selling a home can be very stressful. My goal is to help you through this process while continuing to build strong community relationships!

Working with Traci Graves to sell my condo was an outstanding experience

Working with Traci Graves to sell my condo was an outstanding experience. Two things truly set her apart. First, she took full leadership in getting the property ready for the market. Living out of town, I couldn’t be hands-on, but Traci handled everything seamlessly. She found the right teams to clean, paint, landscape, and fix minor issues, making the process incredibly easy for me. Second, her negotiation skills were impressive. The buyer had multiple inspections that required detailed discussions and some repairs, but Traci navigated the complexities with expertise. She worked diligently to create a win-win situation for both myself and the buyer. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. I highly recommend Traci for anyone looking for a real estate agent who goes above and beyond!
