Traci has been awesome through every step of the way. USAA helped get us in contact with Traci well ahead of when we would be moving to the area, and she started sending us homes of interest. Then as things started getting closer and we started being in a position to start putting in offers, Traci helped us get more in depth information around the home, and even did a few video walkthroughs of homes since we weren't able to be physically in the area. She's a fantastic communicator, knows her market well, and very quick to respond. Traci helped steer us through a somewhat difficult closing, and even showed up for the signing of the mortgage documents even though she wouldn't have had to. Plus, she's helped get us connected with some contractors in the area for some work we're planning on getting done. In all, we couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent, and I cannot recommend her enough.
