I used Traci for many reasons, the negotiations were correct and timely with Traci but not so with other agents, it made this set of questions move a lot slower and delayed closing by weeks! I know Traci was not able to be both the selling and the buyers agents in this case so it was out of her control. Traci has everything lined up and ready before it is time for that part of the process and she checks her own work twice so we do not run into delays!
