I used Traci for many reasons, the negotiations were correct and timely with Traci but not so with other agents, it made this set of questions move a lot slower and delayed closing by weeks! I know Traci was not able to be both the selling and the buyers agents in this case so it was out of her control. Traci has everything lined up and ready before it is time for that part of the process and she checks her own work twice so we do not run into delays! I can say this because I have had the privilege of having Traci purchase and sell over 10 Properties though the years. Traci is at the very TOP of all of these questions with a Smile! Communication is very very important and when Traci like other people take time for their families and them selves they are on vacation, well when you are accustomed to excellent service and then you have satisfactory service it can make or even brake a deal! Upon first meeting, Traci was very friendly and attentive to my needs. Her ability to quickly sum up how to structure the listing and preparation was important to me since I had a desired time frame within which to sell the property. The decision to use her services was easy to make and proved to be the correct one. Two days after listing, we had a full-price offer and closed in three weeks. All through the process, Traci kept in touch and provided guidance for repairs, inspection updating, and the closing.
