Traci is an Outstanding realtor! She remained in contact with us, sending house possibilities and follow up emails, texts, calls to see how we were during the process. It took us a year to find the home we wanted. Traci was patient the entire time! She was available all the time! She was willing to do virtual showings and phone calls to talk to us about houses after she visited them. When we found a house, she was perfect! Walked us through the process, explained everything and always was willing to help. We moved to North Port, FL from Indiana and didn't move for about 5wks. During that time, Traci offered to hold the keys after closing. She checked in on the house and when we finally got here, she had our keys in a lockbox on the door. Traci "found" us on-line when we were looking at a 5-acre property on Zillow in August 2022. She contacted us and asked if she could help. She showed us the property of interest and was very astute on zoning issues with that unusual property in Englewood. We decided against that particular property, but Traci had gotten a good idea of our interests and periodically sent us properties that might be a "fit" for us. After several other showings, we identified another property; Traci initially checked it out for us and began communications with the seller's agent. Traci was familiar with this particular subdivision and worked her own contacts to answer our questions and hers, as well. After two viewings and Traci's back-office work, we put in an offer.
