Traci did a fantastic job of getting my house sold in Dec 2023. She listed it on Oct 1 and we had a buyer make an offer 3 weeks later, that buyer ended up not able to get financing after a few weeks. Traci removed the pending sale and within 3 days of that had a solid offer for more money and I closed on 12/29/23. Traci is the very best without question!
