Traci is a joy to work with. As the listing agent on our recent home sale, she made the process so easy and worry free. Traci immediately responds to any calls, she answered all my questions fully and knowledgeably, she understands the unique Bay Area market. I definitely felt confident in her. She made our home into a beautiful marketable package with her stager and her photographer. And she went the extra mile, moving furniture around to improve the visuals, dropping by the house to turn lights on and off for showings. Our house closed after we had left the state, so Traci managed some final chores in the house. She really is a problem solver. I am very confident that she got us the best possible price for our house, and that she had made the process so much less stressful for us. If we return to the area I wouldn’t hesitate to ask Traci to help us find a new house.
