Traci helped us purchase two properties in Blowing Rock in 2021 - one in Q3 and one in Q4. If you are tracking this particular area, then you are aware it is a difficult market for buyers as it has truly been a seller's market. In both successful transactions (as well as numerous that were not), Traci provided great guidance and struck the right balance between representing our best interests as buyers and trying to get to a successful deal. That is not easy in balanced markets and is very difficult in this market.
