Traci was there for us in our time of need and found an amazing house for us to buy in Boone. Four years later, she was there for us again when it was time to sell the property. She went above and beyond what was expected of an agent. She was hands on with the sale since we are not local. Can not say enough how Traci handled herself as a constant professional, from helping with all the paperwork to insisting that she did a walk thru before closing. We had a unique problem the day before closing and had not Traci insisting she do a walk thru (I said it wasn't necessary) she made what could have been a major issue into a small inconvenience that will be easy handled.
