Traci is wonderful. We are out-of-state buyers and thought this would be stressful. Traci foresaw all the items that needed to be done, she kept us informed via email, phone & text, made contact with all the inspectors/workers, was onsite for all everything, worked closely with the attorney and got everything done in a relatively short period. We traveled to North Carolina for the closing just before Thanksgiving and everything came together beautifully. On top of all of this, we found a very personal touch to Traci's work. She took an interest in what we needed to accomplish, acquainted us with helpful resources in the community, introduced our children to a DELICIOUS bakery, and continues to assist us after the close which is much appreciated.
