About Tracey

Tracey is a seasoned real estate professional with sophisticated experience in many facets of the industry. She began as a paralegal in real estate law, and founded TMK Paralegal Services, LLC where she worked with real estate attorneys representing buyers, sellers, major lending institutions, and title companies. Getting her real estate license in 2013, Tracey moved over to the brokerage side of the business and founded the Kupferberg Orlando Team at Douglas Elliman Real Estate. With extensive experience in new construction, Tracey was a member of the exclusive sales team for the Ritz-Carlton Residences in North Hills, New York. In the 4 years she was on site at this new $400 million luxury condo development, she closed $145 million in sales with homes priced at $1.5 million and above. As a result of her stellar sales performance, Tracey was recognized with an award for Excellence in Real Estate by the Long Island Press Power Women in Business. She also holds the additional accreditations of Associate Real Estate Broker, Certified Buyer Representative (CBR®), and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS®). Tracey is a native of Long Island’s North Shore where she raised her two children and lives with her husband. Through her family's foundation, Tracey is involved with many charitable causes. She sits on the board of the North Shore Child & Family Guidance Center, and donates a portion of The Kupferberg Team’s gross sales commissions to one of their charity partners.

Tracey was amazing!

Tracey was the perfect fit for us! She treated us with kid gloves as she sold our childhood home. Tracey was caring, professional, understanding and really knocked it out of the park throughout the entire process. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor.
