It's my pleasure to work with Home Buyers and Sellers of all sorts on both the IA and IL sides of the Mississippi River. With a leap of faith in being my own businesswoman, I left the corporate world behind in 2016 to become a Realtor. I have always had a passion for helping others and take pride in seeing their success stories unravel. With negotiating, coordinating, and a whole lot of nurturing skills as a mother of 4 and 5+ grandchildren, I try my best to remove the stressful parts out of the buying and selling aspects, to give you a much more guided and memorable experience. Great to work with!

Tracey is great! She is super responsive, incredibly friendly and personable, and she works hard to find you what you're looking for. She gave me amazing tips on how to spruce up and stage my house for pictures and showings. I got 5 offers the first weekend!

Open and Honest

Tracey was super helpful, easy to work with, and even easier to communicate with. She was willing to take our calls and texts whenever, which was super nice due to our busy schedules. She searched for many houses for us and helped us to weigh our options. As first-time home buyers, it was important to have an open and honest agent. Tracey exceeded those expectations, and we can’t wait to have her for dinner once we’re all moved in! We highly recommend Tracey to anyone needing a trustworthy, communicative, and supportive agent.
