Initially we thought we wanted a lake front house. Trace showed us enough properties in various price ranges. We then realized how tough it would be to find the perfect location so Trace produced copious amounts of past and present data so we could find the perfect place and contact these property owners. Then we changed our minds and decided to look at condos and once again Trace stuck with us providing past and present sales and statistics on condo prices. Once we determined the best condo complex for us, Trace helped us determine which individual units would be best for us which unfortunately were not for sale. Through his repeated efforts, he contacted the owners and helped arrange the final sale. Trace went above and beyond our expectations and never gave up on us. I would recommend Trace as a Realtor, he knew our market, kept me informed of his/our progress, and was professional throughout the process.

Trace was t he upmost professional in helping us secure our house. We had some hurdles being a bank owned property with a reverse mortgage. He had several different entities to deal with and he always came through. Available at every request ans always providing an answer.

We sold our house in Canyon Lake to move to another state. Trace made the entire process super easy. Buying or selling a house can be a pain, but Trace jumped on any issue, followed up with all parties immediately and even went out of his way to find us some moving boxes. If we ever look for real estate in California, I will definitely use Trace. Hands down the best that there is out there. He is knowledgeable, professional, kind, relatable and all around a great real estate agent.
