We realized from the moment we met Tov that he is the type of Realtor we want to work with. Honest, knowledgeable, NOT pushy, actually LOOKING OUT for our interest... was obvious... Followed thru in the negotiations and was fair. Because we are from out of town, there was some hesitation with respect to the closing. Mr. Charm handled every aspect... met with inspectors and contractors and helped ease our concerns. Furthermore.... even after the closing and all the monies have been exchanged, he continued to provide assistance to make the transition for us seamless.... would HIGHLY recommend him.

In the last 12 months I had to sell a house, get an apartment, sell a condo, sell a lot, nand buy another condo. There were 3 separate agents used in these endeavors, in New York, nGeorgia, and here in Delray Beach. It was an excruciating experience, as we had issues with nevery one - Except Tov Charm.
