In the last 12 months I had to sell a house, get an apartment, sell a condo, sell a lot, nand buy another condo. There were 3 separate agents used in these endeavors, in New York, nGeorgia, and here in Delray Beach. It was an excruciating experience, as we had issues with nevery one - Except Tov Charm. He worked hard to sell my home in Boca Raton and worked even harder (didn't know it to be possible) to find me my new home ( which I love).
