I had the pleasure of working with Tov. I always felt that the realtor doesn’t really matter as long as they know what they are doing but boy was I wrong. In this hot market Tov not only found a listing that he felt was the right fit for me but was also able to negotiate the price to under asking. In a multi bid situation we were able to win the deal. Tov also handled any curve balls that came our way and there were a few. If there were more than 5 stars id give it. What was most impressive about Tov was how responsive he was. We saw a house late Saturday night, spoke then, then proceeded to put in an offer and see the property within 72 hours. He was able to negotiate the price we needed to sell. Through closing and even after he has been able to take care of everything including getting information from the owner months after we bought the house. Highly recommend

Followed thru in the negotiations and was fair. Because we are from out of town, there was some hesitation with respect to the closing. Mr. Charm handled every aspect... met with inspectors and contractors and helped ease our concerns.
