Tosya Kidd helped my husband and I sell our first home. Instead of blowing us off, she did research and got an appraiser to come out and look at our backyard and determine how much our pool was really worth. We were new to the selling process and she did a great job of letting us know the timeline and process for selling. There were no unexpected costs because she gave us a great outline of what to expect when selling. She also answered my frantic calls when I was worried about the inspection report.
