First, you should know I've already done the review the very first time you sent it to me. I don't mind writing again that Torm is outstanding not only in his profession but as a person who has innate sterling qualities of being genuinely good-natured, kind and caring with a refined character and terrific personality that few people have in this day and age. Many other realtors do not hold a candle to Torm. He is always one step ahead of any and everything you want to know and does many things to benefit a sale without even telling you. I would absolutely refer Torm to everyone I meet that is looking for a realtor. He is special and one of a kind.

Absolutely the right agent to sell your property. I wouldn't use anyone else for any real estate transaction. Torm personally went to all showings (his or other agent's clients). Highly recommend contacting him either your selling or buying.
