I will start off my fully admitting that I was looking for a needle in a haystack. Something affordable (by midwestern standards...lol), something with charm, with a low HOA and had all the characteristics desired in SoCal living! No easy task in a booming housing market with many hoping to lock in homes with low interest rates! For those in the Real Estate profession...clients like me might be a challenge to deal with. For Tori it was more like "challenge accepted!".
