Topeka was absolutely excellent with helping me buy my dream house. For context, I was a 25 year old single guy at the time of purchase and have not been taken seriously for big purchases on multiple occasions. Topeka made sure I got the exact house I wanted, even when the selling agent was pushing back, or the builder was trying to play games. I got a new construction house from D.R. Horton, and she made sure I had priority on signing for the house, and even had them change the exterior color (DR Horton initially told me they wouldn’t do that). She also suggested a very good home inspector which I used, and had multiple recommendations for lenders whom I spoke with. Topeka was always reachable whenever I needed her, even if it was early in the morning or late at night to discuss options. She was also very helpful during our blue tape walk. Even after closing on the house she followed up to make sure everything was ok and I moved in alright. I would not buy another house unless Topeka was my agent again. Not many people get to say they live in their dream house, but I get to because of Topeka!
