Honest and Thorough
Working with Tonya was a very pleasant experience during an incredibly stressful time in my life. I contacted her while out of state and she immediately got to work assessing the situation. She helped me get a handyman and a cleaning crew in very quickly so that we could have professional photographs taken to post on line. Her attention to detail and open, honest attitude helped secure a contract within 7 days. Because of Tonya I was able to close on my house in time to apply the sale proceeds to another real estate transaction out of state. I could not have done it without her!!
