Ms. Lucas has been an absolute GODSEND!! she represented me as the buyer of this property back in 2018, and when I decided to sell, there was no one else I thought of. Ms. Lucas is knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She explained every step of the process to me, from pricing, to the current market. She has also been a fierce advocate for me, and my rights as a seller. The process this time around was stressful, however, Ms. Lucas was there to reassure me, to advocate for me with the buyer's realtor, and keep me calm during this entire process. I would recommend Ms. Lucas not only as a realtor, but as an advocate, a counselor, and an all-around calming, reassuring presence.
