Tonya did a great job with the sale of our home. Always professional, cool, calm and collected. She helped to keep the stress level low and was a source of encouragement through the process. Clearly not just out to make a buck but someone who truly cares about what she is doing and the quality of her work. She helped us to think of so many details, I mean how many times in your life do you sell a house so the process is not something most know well, and all the details.

When I posted in the Lake Forest subdivision, LaVergne FB page asking for realtor recommendations, Tonya Knell was highly recommended to me by a lady who had used her as a realtor in the past! Tonya was very friendly, professional and supportive during the entire time that she listed my property and made sure that it got the proper listing price and showings. As I lived out of town, I was comfortable in knowing that Tonya was taking care of getting my property sold. She found a competent person to do needed repairs on the property,she took care of soliciting bids and selecting one when major repairs had to be done, she checked on the property frequently (the home was vacant), and when it was vandalized, Tonya handled that for me by contacting the police and getting the report filed. I am very thankful that she was my realtor during this process especially of my dealing with a hostile renter who was in the place and the fact that I lived out of town. She handled it all professionally and got it sold!
