Let’s just say the Goings Group has it GOING ON! They are professional, diligent and show great Integrity. We unfortunately didn’t go with the Going Group soon enough. Needless to say TONYA FOIL-GOINGS was an angel and an answer to many prayers! She came to us with arms wide open to help support us in the house selling process. She gave a whole new insight for selling our home. She came in with professional pictures with a man who wasn’t just amazing but so patient and professional. Most photographers rush through but he made sure he captured our beautiful home the best he could and payed attention to the details!TONYA went above and beyond to get our home back on the market but also was sensitive to our needs as we had been hurt by the last realtor. She stayed professional supported us but showed incredible integrity. We loved how she supported us and the other realtors/potiential buyers. We should all work together as a team! I’m grateful our realtor was a team player! The market is crazy and as buyers/sellers it’s scary to trust someone else and when you see the side of real estate that’s just brutal. It crushes your spirit seeing how many people just don’t care for others they just want to buy/sell and be done with the transaction.
