Let’s just say the Goings Group has it GOING ON! They are professional, diligent and show great Integrity. We unfortunately didn’t go with the Going Group soon enough. Needless to say TONYA FOIL-GOINGS was an angel and an answer to many prayers! She came to us with arms wide open to help support us in the house selling process. She gave a whole new insight for selling our home. She came in with professional pictures with a man who wasn’t just amazing but so patient and professional. Most photographers rush through but he made sure he captured our beautiful home the best he could and payed attention to the details!TONYA went above and beyond to get our home back on the market but also was sensitive to our needs as we had been hurt by the last realtor. She stayed professional supported us but showed incredible integrity. We loved how she supported us and the other realtors/potiential buyers. We should all work together as a team! I’m grateful our realtor was a team player! The market is crazy and as buyers/sellers it’s scary to trust someone else and when you see the side of real estate that’s just brutal. It crushes your spirit seeing how many people just don’t care for others they just want to buy/sell and be done with the transaction. We wanted our realtor to be a person that wouldn’t just look at it as a transaction but as a new family finding a HOME (not just a house to buy) and for us to transition smoothly to the new season God was leading us! TONYA was the Realtor for the Job! Tonya also bragged on her whole team at Going Group so I truly believe this real-estate company is the example of a TRUE TEAM! You can’t go wrong with any realtor from the Going Group, but of course our favorite is TONYA! There is a reason why this group has sold the most properties in our area! Tonya was very acomidating and helping me find what I was looking for. She showed me numerous homes on the market across the area and was very helpful in giving me advice on the area and what could be expected with each property. She was very knowlagable about the market and the prices that were relivant for each area. I would use her again in a heart beat next time I am in the market.
