I have used Toni for multiple purchases in the Tahoe area. He has always been amazing very open with a high degree of communication to let you know where things stand. Tony is an excellent real estate agent. Besides they initial viewing of the property, we purchased our house entirely remotely and he handled everything for us--inspections, final walk through, etc. He made us aware of all possible roadblocks during the process so nothing was a surprise. The biggest of these was knowing that we may need to change the wood shake roof immediately (for insurance) in order to close, so when this came up, it was no big deal because we were expecting it. This experience is exactly why I recommend Tony as a local Tahoe expert in real estate and the area.

Truth be told I have known Tony since I moved to Incline Village 22 years ago. I was his first client due to the fact that I was so impressed by his "persona" that I waited for him to obtain his real estate before shopping for my lovely home of the past 22 years. While I was listing the home with Tony thru the winter months I was living in Thailand and the home was a vacation rental.
