His market insights are spot on and at closing you’ll be confident you’ve struck a fair deal. He’s thorough and insightful in assessing electrical, plumbing, roofs, pools and other important components in homes. Showings were efficiently scheduled for only relevant properties. In preparation for closing Tony provided a list of contacts for utilities, pool, lawn, etc that expedited change in service.
