I had the pleasure of working with Tony during my recent home search, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Tony was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in a home and made sure to only show me properties that fit my criteria. Throughout the entire process, Tony went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. He was always available to answer any questions we had, provided helpful insights, and made the entire buying process feel stress-free and enjoyable. I truly felt like I had a trusted advisor by my side every step of the way. I would highly recommend Tony if you're looking for a new home!

We cannot say enough great things about Tony & Shelly and the incredible dedication they showed in helping us find our perfect second home in Florida. From the very start, they went above and beyond—literally! On multiple occasions, one or both of them flew down from Minnesota to Florida, including one trip on a moment’s notice, just to ensure we had every opportunity to find the right home. Their knowledge of the market, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to our needs made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and advocate for us every step of the way. We truly felt like we had someone in our corner who genuinely cared about finding us not just any house, but the right house. Thanks to Tony & Shelly, we are now the proud owners of our dream Florida home, and we couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who is truly committed, hardworking, and willing to go the extra mile (or in this case, thousands of miles!), we highly recommend both of them!

Working with Tonyto sell our home was a wonderful experience. Tony is knowledgeable and a great communicator so you feel connected to the process without having to get directly involved in each step. His negotiating skills are top notch and saved us a lot of headache in the end. Would highly recommend Tony for buying or selling your properties.

This is our third time working with Tony and we couldn't be more satisfied with our experience selling our home. Frankly, the market was not in our favor, but Tony used his marketing and real estate expertise to make sure our listing was eventually seen by the right buyers. He made the entire process seem smooth and stress-free, and was available day or night to answer questions and keep us updated throughout the process. If you want a realtor that has A+ communication skills, but also handles the more stressful pieces of buying, selling and/or negotiating with ease - Tony is your guy!

2nd house I’ve purchased through Tony, wouldn’t use anyone else. Top notch market knowledge and service overall.

Tony works hard and goes the extra mile for his clients. It was great knowing I had Tony to help guide me along the way and get through closing, Tony knows the real estate business, is very attentive and responds to questions quickly, and is a true real estate professional! Thank you again Tony!

Tony has listed and sold several of my properties, Tony digs and knows the market, and does his due diligence. His guidance is always appreciated to help me get most of my investments. Thanks Tony!

Working with Tony has been an absolute pleasure. He truly goes above and beyond, making the home-buying process so much smoother and less stressful. There’s so much more to buying a home than just price negotiations, and Tony’s expertise really shines in those critical moments. We bought an older home with plans to remodel, knowing some of the mechanical systems would need replacing soon. Thanks to Tony's foresight, he suggested that we request the seller to include a home warranty, which turned out to be a fantastic decision. By the end of our first summer, the air conditioner failed, and that’s when Tony’s value truly came through. Although the warranty company initially denied our claim, Tony didn’t hesitate to step in. With his persistence and knowledge, he managed to get us a check to cover the replacement. His experience in the industry is priceless, and it paid off even after the sale was finalized. There are many realtors out there, but Tony’s blend of experience, dedication, and professionalism sets him apart. He’s not just a great agent during the buying process—he’s someone you can rely on long after the deal is done. If you're looking for someone who truly has your back, Tony is the agent to call!

We have worked with Tony for the last Ten years and 3 moves! I honestly could not ask for a more generous and helpful person he has alway been right there and if you need any help, he has people! We have since turned into wonderful friends and I truly rank him at the highest of highs for an agent! You will not regret using Tony!!!

Tony has great knowledge of both the large scale (market trends, pricing, rate changes) as well as the small things (document requirements, showings/scheduling). Highly recommended.
