Tony is phenomenal at his craft - I cannot stress enough how happy I am to have found him for my real estate needs. Over the course of the past year, Tony has: helped me purchase a new home; helped me sell my previous home; and, helped me (as a guardian / conservator) sell my father’s home. This latest endeavor in particular was a stressful one, as my dad is in a costly but necessary assisted living arrangement, and his home was his last remaining financial asset. Throughout all of this, Tony has been the consummate professional - he is so knowledgeable, and he works quickly and competently to get the best results for his clients. Tony is one of the most responsive people with whom I have ever worked, regardless of capacity; he knows the answer to most questions - but if he doesn’t, rest assured he will not bluff or give a glib non-answer. He will find the correct answer quickly, and keep the process moving smoothly. 5 stars doesn’t seem enough for the job Tony has done for me - but if that’s the highest I can go, it’ll have to do. Tony is simply the BEST!

I will start off by saying this, if you are looking for a realtor that is personable, confident, professional, honest, responsive and available TONY RENCH is the BEST choice. So 🛑 L👀KING!😊 EVERYTHING that Tony initially communicated with me was EXACTLY what happened. In my situation there was SO many moving parts to navigate, understand and coordinate due to living across the country, recovering from recent surgery, and relocating family to another state within a limited timeframe. Needless to say it was a very, very busy time. Tony has a way of reassuring, calming and doing whatever necessary to remove the stress in the process. Obviously, not being a resident of Denver, Colorado I was unaware of available reputable resources to assist me with some challenges that I faced. Tony stepped right up and contacted, then secured resources to keep within our timeline! That may sound like a little thing, however it was HUGE and allowed me to focus on other things. Tony was the glue, wrapping paper and bow I needed. 🎁 He has a gift in communicating and you can palpate his genuineness throughout every interaction.
