Anthony reached out to me ater I put inquiries in for a listing agent. I instantly liked and felt comfortable with him. I told him my circumstances did not allow me to complete many of the projects that had been started in the home. Unlike other realtors, he did not try to push any improvements, nor did he tell me that by fixing the house up would bring in more money. That I appreciated because the circumstances were stressful enough and the investment of improvements would have likely been greater than the increased profit. An open house was done within a few days of listing and two offers were made the first week of listing. Just over a month later I closed and am on to my next journey in life.
