No surprise that selling or buying a home is stressful and not something most of us do often. Having the right agent - one who communicates effectively, is calm when you may not be, and is genuinely invested in your best interest - can be the critical difference in a positive or negative experience. Tony and his crew were tireless working with us to ensure we could sell our house and get into a new one. We had a rollercoaster with 1 seller backing out due to a less than ideal appraisal value, multiple buyers falling through due to finance concerns, etc and using his vast contacts to match us with the correct service vendors we needed to make appraisal contingencies with very tight timeframes. He is relentless and will advocate for you at every step. If i move within Maine again, Tony will be first stop.

Tony was great. When we started looking we were focused on a fairly small geographic area. We ended up expanding our search due to the market conditions. In the end, Tony helped us find our house just a town over from where we were originally looking and it has everything and more than what we wanted in the first place. During the negotiation process there were a few hiccups due to no fault of Tony's, but he was patient and diligent with the process to make sure the deal did not fall through. If I find myself in the market again for an investment property or vacation spot, I'll be using Tony again.

Tony was great! This was our first time selling a home and we had LOTS of questions and concerns.
