She reached out to Tony and he agreed to take me on last minute so I wouldn't miss the bidding window. From there, he helped me craft an offer that was realistic for what HUD would actually accept. When HUD countered and opened bidding to investors, he helped me think through my options and come up with a second offer competitive enough that they accepted. He was responsive throughout the process, willing to answer my questions, and when he didn't have an answer right away he'd find one. Between him and Jodie, I ended up with a home that checked off every single one of my dream home boxes!
