My given name is Charles Anthony Ottley but you can call me Tony, and I am passionate about that opening statement. In other words, my desire is to develop a relationship with you that allows us to easily exchange ideas and information while successfully fulfilling your wants and needs. As a decades long resident of Port Orange, FL I will put my insider knowledge of east Volusia County and RE/MAX Signature’s vast resources to work for you. If you are looking for a new place to call home let me dedicate myself to finding that special property in your chosen neighborhood. If you are in the market to sell, I will utilize the latest technology and marketing tools to expose your property to the widest possible range of qualified buyers. In any event, I will work tirelessly so you don’t have to. Twenty-three years in construction and engineering served as a primer for my interest in real estate. Prior to obtaining my real estate license in 2017, I was certified to engineer fire sprinkler systems for a variety of residential, commercial, and medical properties throughout the country. Most recently I earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and immediately began graduate studies focusing on the area of addictions. My fascination with and understanding of human behavior provides me unique insight into the needs of my clients. Originally from Menlo Park, CA, I have a fondness for animals and the water. My best friends are rescue mutts. I am SCUBA certified and enjoy every opportunity to duck below the surface and explore the world’s oceans.
