We were super impressed that Tony was able to sell our condo at the very beginning of SIP with Covid! From the beginning, Tony was very hands-on throughout the entire sale process, making it very easy for us to be hands-off. As we met with several agents prior to choosing an agent, Tony and Kelvin were very thorough in walking us through the process, all the aspects that they would handle, and their overall philosophy in representing the seller. We felt very comfortable handing off the details to them, knowing that we still had the final say. Tony made sure our condo unit was positioned well for buyers, including select appliance upgrades and full staging. He also coordinated with the HOA and handled all of the paperwork involved. After two weekends of open houses, SF was under SIP and we thought for sure it would take months before our condo would sell. Tony kept in touch with potential buyers and sold our condo! I really feel like I made the best decision in picking Tony as my agent. He is very knowledgeable, passionate, professional, and truly cares about his clients. Tony was super helpful in navigating this awful Bay Area housing market with us. We ended up looking at probably over 40 houses with him, and he was always patient and knowledgeable, helping us when it comes to price negotiation and make sure our offer packets looked good before we submitted them to the seller. He was there to answer questions for us practically 24/7 until we finally closed the deal on a house. From a friend’s recommendation, I could not be happier than having Tony Ngo as my real estate agent to sell my Daly City condo. At the beginning, he spent time doing research on my Daly City neighborhood and provided me with valuable information (comps, prices, days on market, etc.) Any questions I had, no matter how small, he was able to answer and advise.
