Tony was amazing to work with! We placed our townhome on the market at the very beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. We weren't certain how it would affect things at the time or how long it would even last at that point. In a turbulent but active market, he helped with suggestions on what we could do to help bring the property value up a little, put us in contact with an amazing stager, and had our property sold quickly. We then engaged his services again to find our new home, also during the COVID-19 pandemic. The process of finding the perfect home for us was long and arduous but Tony was there every step of the way, providing great insights and encouragement. We eventually found our dream home and couldn't be happier with it, or our experience. His knowledge as a realtor and appraiser are a tremendous advantage if you need someone to sell/purchase a home.
