The Wemert Group, and specifically Tony Galarza, exceeded my expectations in every way! I had a situation in which my father passed away and I needed to remodel the house to maximize the return to support my mother's retirement. In addition, I had to manage the remodel and the sale of the house in Florida from California. No small task! Tony set my expectations on the cost of the remodel, the impact it would have on the sales price and the range I could expect to sell the house. In addition, he recommended a contractor, Robin Longway, who was OUTSTANDING! Tony and his wife also helped with design decisions on the remodel. In summary, the remodel was completed within the timeframe committed (it took a little longer but that was due to additional scope). And it was also completed within the original budget. I've never had this experience before when dealing with contractors! I can't say enough good things about Robin. He went way above and beyond to help me! The house sold within a week of being on the market and we got a little more than where Tony set our expectations. It has been an extremely stressful period dealing with the passing of my father and getting my mom situated. Tony, Robin and the Wemert Group did a FANTASTIC job of supporting me and my family on this important project. I can't thank them enough!

When I first discussed selling my home with Tony, he suggested a listing price about $30,000. above what I thought the Listing should be for and what the property value was shown on several internet sites, including Zillow.. We went to contract and the first weekend it was on the Multible Listings we had four contracts for offers of $10,000. above listing price.
