We met and discussed selling our home with Tony years before going through with it. The first impression he left with us was so helpful and aware of our specific plans that when we listed our home last year, we spoke to no one else. He provided us with an extensive punchlist which we completed in exacting fashion. Long story short, we listed on a Friday, showed the home 29 times over the weekend, and by 10am Monday, we had five offers, all of them at least $20,000 over our asking price. Credit also goes to Jenny Wemert herself who guided the effort when Tony was out a few days. We wouldn't recommend anyone other than Tony, with the exception perhaps of another partner at the Wemert Group.
