Tony Dent

Tony took on a new listing for a home and got it sold for more than it was listed the other year with a different agent, and more than the listing price. Prior to listing, he suggested some improvements to help it sell faster and they proved valuable. I at minimum got back everything I put into them, and I'm sure they helped it sell faster. He was conscientious and followed through on any special instructions I had. He was frank during negotiation and advised me well to make smart decisions. He's very professional.

Tony was very reliable, always answered my phone calls or called back promptly. He was very knowledgeable about the area and how it applied to my needs. While we haven't bought a home yet, would look forward to continuing to work with Tony.
