Tony is an excellent real estate agent, he was outstanding from start to finish. Overall, he was attentive to my needs, persistent in the search and assertive in the negotiations and closing. He is knowledgeable about the Portland market, knows the city extremely well, offers important information about specifics unique to Portland houses such as construction, codes, etc. In the purchase negotiations he was smart, decisive and masterful, and in the closing he was thoughtful and thorough. I was new to the Oregon and to the city, and Tony worked patiently with me for over 8 months before finding the right house. When first meeting, he was polite, listened carefully to my thoughts and comments, and indulged me, crisscrossing the city as I waffled, uncertain which neighborhood was right for me. As we got to know each other better, he started to lead me more, making more recommendations, and speaking more freely about areas and properties. He is a kind person and was sensitive to my personal situation, spoke with care and concern when addressing neighborhood safety and general features and characteristics. When I turned my search to the Eugene area, he traveled there to follow through with the search, where we quickly found a good fit, thankfully. He gave me space and time to process the decision to make an offer, but then moved rapidly and wrote a very persuasive offer. All aspects of the closing moved smoothly and swiftly. He has an excellent team working with him, from his partner who took an integral part in our search, to the home inspector, the title company, loan officer and so on. In my experience with Tony, professionalism and integrity was ever-present. I recommend him without reservations.
